Timings

  • You can register for consultations from 1 April up until 6pm on 3 July 2011.
  • Contact details of your client(s) (subject to availability) will be emailed to you in mid-July (mid-August if you're in Northern Ireland).
  • Your client(s) will then contact you to arrange a consultation. This can take place at any mutually convenient time until 30 November 2011.

Terms and conditions

  • The project can be based in England, Wales or Scotland or Northern Ireland.
  • You can commit to multiple consultations, but if your circumstances change and you can't meet your commitment, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • We will do our best to find client matches in your area but these cannot be guaranteed.
  • Both the RIBA and ARB codes of professional conduct require practising architects to have appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

    The Architect in the House scheme involves the provision of architectural services which brings potential liabilities in negligence and contract, and all participating architects must ensure that they have adequate professional indemnity cover or are covered for this activity by professional indemnity insurance provided by their employer.
  • Closing date for registrations is July 3 2011.
